Our Process & Policies

We take pride in offering both curated vintage pieces and unique in-house studio creations.

• In-House Studio Items – Every item made in our studio is 100% handmade and crafted with care. Because of this process, pieces may have subtle variations between one another. These small differences make each item one-of-a-kind and truly special.
• Vintage & Preloved Items – Each piece has a history, which may include gentle wear, minor flaws, or signs of age. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph any notable imperfections, but please keep in mind that these items are pre-loved and may have character marks that add to their charm.

Final Sale Policy 

As a small business, we create and hand-select our collections in small batches. For this reason, all vintage and made to order items are final sale.

For eligible items, we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
